The publication module |
The publisher module offers a very userfriendly way to create and maintain intranet, extranet and Internet sites. By adding (sub)folders and files to your sites, you can create a site structure that offers easy access to all of your important information.
WebHare's publisher module is unique in that it contains the WebHare conversion engine, that can convert Microsoft Word documents to HTML (and may other web formats like XML, CHTML and WML) for use on the World Wide Web. Of course all other types of files, like images, Flash animations and Java applets, can be maintained with the same level of user-friendliness and ease.
By using HareScript you can control every aspect of the Word conversion process and automatically create navigational structures that link all sections of you site, thus preventing dreaded 404 File Not Found errors from occurring. Many of the functions documented in this section are also available to WebHare Lite developers.
