SetHTMLJpegQuality configures a different quality level for JPEG images. quality should be in the range of 0 to 100. The default quality level is 85. Setting a lower quality will degrade image quality but will create smaller JPEG files. Using this function will not force all pictures to be output as JPEG. Remember that JPEG uses a 'lossy' compression, which means that even setting the highest possible quality level will still result in a slight, but often hardly noticeable, image quality loss.
