Surveys | |
General information
A survey consists of pages, groups and questions. A survey should contain at least one page and a page should contain at least one group. The actual questions are presented in the group.
It is also possible to create a survey consisting of multiple pages, and to present multiple groups on one page.
A group can be used to cluster questions concerning a specific topic. You can for instance group the questions "What is your name?" and "What is your e-mail address?" in the group "Personal information".
The WebPack module supports a wide range of questions that you can add to your survey: open-answer questions, multiple-choice questions in three varieties, questions that require a date, time, or e-mail address as answer, etc. For each question you can specify if an answer is required or optional.
All results of a survey (the data that was entered by the users) are stored automatically. You can also choose to receive an email once a survey has been completed.
